Today my claim was approved and the funds were easily transferred to my business account. From my initial phone call to the SF Hinesville office I have received excellent service from SF agents. Mary Elizabeth Streb was the agent that assisted me from beginning to end and then did a follow up call with me to ensure everything went well. The young lady that had answered the phone, I believe her name was Katherine, needs an attitude adjustment if she’s going to continue to work in customer service. Melissa seems to never been in office, so we were constantly speaking to her receptionist. We will be switching over to another agent for both our home owners and auto policies."
